Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Eligible for Connecticut State medical licensure
- Active or eligible DEA registration
- Strong clinical, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Open to J1 and H1B visa sponsorship candidates
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management
- Develop individualized treatment plans for adult patients (child/adolescent interest is a plus, if applicable)
- Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and care coordination teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Optional teaching opportunities, depending on interest
