About The Position

$1500 Sign On Bonus!! Join a team where the O utpatient Program Therapist plans, provides, coordinates, documents, and evaluates direct and indirect social services to adult and adolescent IOP/PHP patients in accordance with established methods and procedures of the hospital. Will conduct group therapy, family therapy, case management, treatment planning, rounding with clinical staff, discharge/care planning and follow-up, and resource development/assistance. Hours are Monday through Friday 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
• Preferably a minimum of two (2) years' experience and in a psychiatric health care facility or outpatient setting, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; must have strong clinical assessment skills.
• LCSW, LMSW or LPC license to practice in the State of Mississippi preferred.
• CPR certification and CPI certification (management of aggressive behavior training) within 90 days of employment prior to assisting in a restraining procedure.
