Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or M.B.B.S.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Texas.
• Valid DEA license.
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function.

• A working understanding and support of a managed care environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team of health care providers.
• Provide efficient, comprehensive, and proven care techniques to treat the whole patient - physically, mentally, and socially - at each visit.
• See 14 to 16 patients per day under a 'Quality vs. Quantity Model'.
• Manage a patient panel that is predominantly geriatrics with Medicare Advantage coverage.
• Achieve bonus incentives based on quality metrics.
