Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. graduates.
• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Have an active, non-probationary state medical license.
• Confident in delivering high-quality primary care.
• Driven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly and/or medically underserved.

Nice To Haves

• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required.
• Passionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care responsibilities only.
• Spend time with patients to deliver high-quality primary care.
• Address patients' medical and social needs.
• Lead care teams with a patient-centric orientation.
