Under the supervision of a Licensed Psychologist and/or Social Worker, conducts initial and follow-up psychological, including cognitive, evaluations of patients referred for psychological services, and provides individual, couples, family, and group therapy services employing evidence-based treatment in a structured, defined practice management approach. Independently plans, organizes, implements and documents psychological interventions based on the results of psychological evaluations and in conjunction with the interdisciplinary treatment team. Accepts assignments in support of department initiatives consistent with advanced degree, training, and experience.
