About The Position

As a Physical Therapist at ProMotion, you will lead patient-centered outpatient care through comprehensive evaluations, individualized plan-of-care development, and skilled clinical decision-making. You will restore function, reduce pain, and build long-term resilience while empowering patients to sustain meaningful lifestyle change. Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or upcoming graduate eligible for licensure) in South Carolina
  • Strong communication, documentation, and computer skills
  • Ability to remain active, standing, walking, and assisting patients throughout the day

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized POC's
  • Deliver skilled, evidence-informed interventions
  • Foster strong therapeutic alliances to promote adherence and engagement
  • Educate patients on diagnosis, recovery expectations, and long-term self-management
  • Drive meaningful functional improvement and successful POC completion
  • Optimize scheduling to maintain strong patient access and continuity
  • Support high arrival rates and plan-of-care completion
  • Collaborate with PTAs and team members to ensure smooth clinic flow
  • Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
  • Promote transition to wellness, fitness, and performance services when appropriate
  • Complete accurate, timely, and defensible EMR documentation
  • Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and clinical development
  • Support PTAs, students, and newer clinicians through collaboration and coaching
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and specialization pathways
  • Contribute to a positive, energetic, and growth-oriented culture
  • Attend at least 2 community events annually (5Ks, school events, etc.)
  • Advocate for the value of physical therapy within the communities we serve
  • Build referral relationships through professionalism and clinical excellence
