Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in NH
• Strong communication and patient-centered care mindset

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and treating outpatient orthopedic, post-surgical, neuro, and vestibular patients
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on physician referral and your clinical expertise
• Providing hands-on care including: Manual therapy Graston technique Aquatic therapy Vestibular rehabilitation Biofeedback
• Reassessing and modifying care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
• Supervising and collaborating with PTAs and students
• Educating patients and families to support long-term functional independence
