About The Position

Per Diem Nights and Weekends - Outpatient Physical Therapist Location: NovaCare in Anne Arundel County Schedule: PRN, weekdays (Mon-Fri) Compensation: $45- $50 /hour Join Our Team as a Per Diem Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics Are you an experienced outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapist looking for flexible hours and a supportive team? NovaCare in Anne Arundel County could use your help! We are seeking local PRN clinicians to provide coverage in our outpatient centers. Coverage is as needed, from as early as 7:00 AM to as late as 8:00 PM. Your last patient is scheduled an hour prior. Our OP ortho locations include: Annapolis, Glen Burnie, Odenton, and Pasadena. Current Coverage Needs: Evenings in Odenton: 2 PM – 8 PM Saturdays in Odenton: 8 AM – 2 PM Mondays and Wednesdays in Glen Burnie: 7 AM - 12 PM Tuesdays and Thursdays in Glen Burnie: 4 PM- 8 PM We can be flexible with days if you are open to our nearby PG County ortho centers. We can create a set schedule if desired, making it perfect for someone who values work-life balance and autonomy. Why NovaCare? About the Role This PRN opportunity is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist with at least one year of outpatient orthopedic experience. (Please note: We are unable to consider new graduates for per diem/ PRN.) Requirements

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
  • Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
  • CPR certification

  • Stay compliant with state, local, and federal regulations
  • Communicate openly with colleagues, patients, families, and physicians
