Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) in Idaho (or eligible)
• CPR certification
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Open to new graduates and experienced PTs

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic, post-operative, and neurological patients
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based care
• Document efficiently using EMR and voice dictation tools
• Collaborate with PTAs and clinical team
• Educate patients on recovery and injury prevention

Benefits

• Base Salary: $93,000 – $105,000 (DOE)
• Bonus: Up to $12,000 annually
