About The Position

Complete Home Therapy is a private practice outpatient physical therapy clinic owned and operated by a husband-and-wife team who are deeply committed to personalized care. We offer a hybrid model of Medicare and private pay services, and we are proudly out-of-network with all commercial insurance plans—giving us the freedom to prioritize quality over quantity. Our treatment model is built around 1-hour, one-on-one sessions, allowing clinicians to connect meaningfully with patients and deliver care without compromise. We provide outpatient-level therapy in the comfort of our clients’ homes, blending clinical excellence with hospitality and heart.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited PT program
• Licensed to practice in Florida
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and self-awareness
• Comfortable with feedback, coaching, and accountability
• Passionate about helping others live healthier, more active lives

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 care in patients’ homes with a focus on manual therapy and exercise
• Manage the full patient journey—from initial eval to post-care follow-up
• Communicate the value of our services with clarity and conviction
• Ensure patients stay engaged and on track to achieve lasting outcomes
• Build enduring relationships and proactively check in with past clients
• Ask for feedback, reviews, and referrals with authenticity and confidence
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and marketing initiatives
• Complete documentation and billing accurately and on time
