About The Position

WellSpan Health is expanding our Physiatry program across the system! We are seeking a board certified/board eligible Physiatrist to join our new outpatient practice in Franklin County, PA. This is an opportunity to become part of a growing physiatry presence in our west region and join an integrated and supportive team across the system!

Requirements

Minimum Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
Licenses: Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training: Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics or the American Osteopathic Board of Pediatrics or Board eligible. Upon Hire Required and Completion of a Pediatric residency. Upon Hire Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Administrative skills.

Responsibilities

Outpatient Physiatry with emphasis on MSK, back pain, medical joints, concussions, post-acute follow-up for local patients, EMG/NCV, minor procedures
Located in a shared office suite with Pain Management and Neurosurgery colleagues
Close community referral base
Position is based in Franklin County – near Maryland border and easily drivable to D.C.
