Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
- No experience required Required
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of phlebotomist experience Preferred
- Experience in a hospital is Preferred
- Completion of Phlebotomy clinical training through on the job training or through a phlebotomy program Preferred
- Phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ASPT, NCA or equivalent agency is Preferred
Responsibilities
- Performs a range of duties to include but not limited to patient registration, ordering tests, specimen procurement and specimen processing.
