About The Position

Responsible for assisting the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications in our specialty and conventional outpatient retail pharmacy. Obtain patient information and insurance coverage required to process prescriptions. Triage inbound phone calls and redirect to appropriate staff. Requires attention to details and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician Required

Nice To Haves

• Trade School Pharmacy Technician Training Program Preferred
• Certified Pharmacy Technician Preferred
