About The Position
Physical Therapist at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. This position is Full time and will work 8 hour, Day shift. Evaluates, plans, directs and administers medically prescribed physical therapy programs in the hospital to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury, or loss of body part. Requirements
- Coursework/Training - Graduate of the American Physical Therapy Association training program.
- Coursework/Training - Foreign trained applicants must complete successful entry level educational equivalency review.
- California Physical Therapist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

- Experience in acute care, skilled nursing facility, outpatient, or sub-acute care settings.
