BayCare is currently in search of our newest Outpatient Occupational Therapist - Pool/PRN who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. The South Florida Baptist Hospital - Outpatient Rehabilitation Center in Valrico, Florida, offers a comprehensive range of treatment for people dealing with sports injuries, neurological conditions, orthopedic problems, speech disorders and other conditions that cause mobility limitations.

Requirements

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• OT (Occupational Therapy)
• Or OT (Occupational Therapy) Eligible to obtain
• Required Bachelor's Occupational Therapy

Nice To Haves

• 1-year Occupational Therapy

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy.
• Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Rehabilitation Technicians, Fitness Specialists, Massage Therapists, Occupational Therapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant students and volunteers.
• A supervising licensed Occupational Therapist may only supervise 1 permittee at any given time.
