About The Position

Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient team. This role is ideal for professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. Locations: Clermont, Osceola & Oviedo Outpatient Clinics Department : Outpatient - Float Team Hours: Mon - Fri; PRN hours between 8A-5P

Requirements

• Current OT license in state of Florida
• Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification
• Experience preferred, will consider a new grad
• Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements
• Ability to prescribe, fit, and fabricate orthoses as needed preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete the new patient evaluation, establish customized treatment plans and patient goals, and participate in the implementation of patient care programs
• Deliver and manage high quality patient care for multiple diagnoses
• Maintain a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment
• Effectively communicate skills both verbally and in writing
• Promote evidence based patient care
