Citywide Behavioral Health is seeking contractual and part-time therapists for OMHC. Must be licensed. Students are welcome for internships but will not be compensated. The position involves performing patient care and mental health provider duties in a safe way that is compliant with the policies and procedures of Citywide Behavioral Health. This includes conducting psychosocial and diagnostic evaluations as appropriate, developing appropriate treatment plans, and delivering behavioral health interventions appropriate for the diagnosis and setting. Psychotherapy can be provided virtually or in-person (clinician and client must be vaccinated). Providing crisis intervention as needed. Maintain HIPAA-compliant electronic records for each client. Attends and participates in team meetings and huddles. Complete clinical documentation and maintain required client contact. Maintain good standing with the appropriate professional board entities. Complete and support all required continuing education requirements for specific licensure and specializations. Be aware of community referral sources and refer when necessary. Maintain up-to-date case files within the electronic health record (EHR) system; maintain contact with and consult with third parties and collateral contacts when appropriate. Each clinician sets hours. Compensation is competitive based on expertise and experience.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be licensed (LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSWC, LGMFT, LCMFT).
  • 1 year of mental health experience (Preferred).
