About The Position
Pause Wellness Center is seeking licensed or pre-licensed clinicians to join our collaborative group practice in Northborough, MA. This is a fee-for-service position with a clear pathway to full-time salary and benefits as you build your caseload. We provide clinical supervision, administrative support, steady referrals, and a professional office environment—you provide excellent clinical care. Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field
- Active MA license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) OR pre-licensed status
- Strong clinical skills with various age groups and presentations
- Self-motivated with the ability to build and manage a caseload
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional growth
- Scheduling flexibility that works for you and meets client demand (evening availability accelerates caseload growth)
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and effective therapy to clients, helping them achieve their mental health goals
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care and share insights during weekly team meetings
- Participate in case consultations to refine treatment approaches and improve client outcomes
- Support co-workers by sharing knowledge and offering guidance
