Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Active clinical license (PLMHP, LMFT, LPCC, LIMHP, LMPH, LICSW, LP, etc.)
  • Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Strong ethical boundaries and professionalism
  • Comfort using Electronic Health Records (EHR); Valant experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples, and families
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based, client-centered interventions
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Maintain a caseload consistent with full-time expectations (approximately 25 sessions per week)
  • Collaborate with families, schools, medical providers, and community partners as appropriate
  • Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and team consultation
