About The Position

Arbor Place is seeking a licensed clinician who is passionate about making a meaningful difference by providing outpatient treatment to individuals and families experiencing substance use and/or mental health concerns. This role works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver high-quality, client-centered care and to support individuals in early recovery and ongoing wellness. The ideal candidate values accountability, brings strong clinical skills, completes work accurately and timely, and actively contributes to a healthy workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
  • Current Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LCSW, APSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
  • Experience working with individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders (required)
  • Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and commitment to ethical practice

Responsibilities

  • Complete diagnostic assessments and make treatment recommendations
  • Provide individual, family, and (as appropriate) group therapy services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
  • Deliver integrated care for clients with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders
  • Complete session notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, and other required documentation in a timely manner
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Engage in projects or committees aligned with professional interests and organizational needs
