The Outpatient Mental Health Practice Supervisor serves as both a clinical and administrative leader within the specific operating unit. This role combines direct patient care with responsibilities for guiding, supervising, and supporting the clinical team assigned to the specific operating unit. The Outpatient Mental Health Practice Supervisor partners with Behavioral Health leadership to coordinate daily operations, develop and implement policies and procedures and clinical pathway programs, ensure regulatory compliance, set and track key performance indicators, foster team member engagement and sense of belonging, and engage in continuous process improvement in quality, safety, and patient outcomes. Responsibilities also include staff recruitment and onboarding, training and mentorship, program development and evaluation, and workforce retention initiatives. The Outpatient Mental Health Practice Supervisor must be a licensed behavioral health provider experienced in assessment and treatment across the lifespan. This individual should be comfortable balancing direct patient care with leadership, supervision, and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
