Job Description Summary: Monday - Friday, No Weekends and No Holidays -7:45am-4:15pm (Mon-Thurs), 7:30am-4:00pm (Friday) We are seeking a motivated and team‑oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Primary Care practice in Powell. In this outpatient setting, you will support both Providers and office staff by assisting with patient calls, managing in‑basket work, and performing LPN specific clinical duties. This role also offers the opportunity to cross‑train with Medical Assistants, contributing to a well‑rounded and collaborative clinic environment. Patients are seen for ongoing primary and long‑term healthcare needs, and responsibilities include rooming patients, phone triage, vaccine administration, and stepping in to support clinic workflows as needed. The LPN delegates nursing tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. This position serves as a resource for other associates. May communicate instructions, do minor scheduling, and inspect work. Does not hire, fire, discipline, promote, demote, transfer, or appraise, but may be consulted by higher management in these areas. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
