As an LPN, you'll partner closely with Providers, Nurse Practitioners and a tight-knit clinical support team to ensure every patient who walks through our doors receives compassionate, efficient, and high-quality care. This practice sees a variety of needs each day ranging from phone triage, rooming, injections, point-of-care testing, vitals, refill requests, and routine clinical support; giving you the opportunity to use your full skill set and grow your experience in an environment that truly values its nurses. This position provides nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum in diverse health care settings while collaborating with the health care team. The LPN is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing. The LPN delegates nursing tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. This position serves as a resource for other associates. May communicate instructions, do minor scheduling, and inspect work. Does not hire, fire, discipline, promote, demote, transfer, or appraise, but may be consulted by higher management in these areas. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
