Join our growing Pain Management team at OhioHealth Mansfield as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and make a difference for patients managing spine-related conditions and chronic pain. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a smooth experience for patients by assisting with pre-surgical medication reviews, rooming patients, and supporting Providers with post-operative and wound care such as staple removal and dressing changes. This position offers a balance of administrative and clinical responsibilities in a collaborative, fast-paced outpatient setting. You’ll triage calls, coordinate with surgery schedulers, and communicate care updates between Providers and patients. Strong clinical judgment and comfort with medication knowledge (especially anticoagulants) are essential. With a typical orientation of 6–8 weeks, you’ll receive the support and training needed to excel in your role and make a meaningful impact from day one. Pain Management at Mansfield is a newer and growing service line, offering the opportunity to help shape what pain management means for OhioHealth patients. You’ll work alongside two dedicated Providers and a supportive nursing team that values teamwork, communication, and compassionate care. If you’re an LPN that is comfortable with triage, thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to be part of a department that’s building something meaningful, we’d love to have you join our team!
