Join the OhioHealth Marion Dermatology team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) supporting a busy outpatient practice known for high-quality patient care and collaboration. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on clinical support during procedures, assist with biologic therapies, and ensure each patient’s visit runs smoothly and efficiently. Working alongside experienced Providers and Medical Assistants, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming, patient-centered experience for individuals seeking dermatologic care. As an LPN in our Dermatology practice, you’ll perform direct patient care including rooming, documentation, and assisting with in-office procedures and wound care. You’ll oversee biologic treatments, manage patient flow, and partner closely with Providers to support timely and accurate care delivery. This position also includes occasional travel to our Delaware and Lexington locations to support patient needs and maintain continuity across our growing dermatology network. The LPN is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing. The LPN delegates nursing tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. This position serves as a resource for other associates. May communicate instructions, do minor scheduling, and inspect work. Does not hire, fire, discipline, promote, demote, transfer, or appraise, but may be consulted by higher management in these areas. This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
