About The Position

Christian Health is seeking Outpatient Licensed Clinical Social Workers to join our Livewell Counseling team. This role involves providing evidence-based outpatient mental health services for individuals, couples, and families. The services offered include psychotherapy, relationship therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), ADHD counseling, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and group therapy. The Outpatient Licensed Clinical Social Workers will assess and treat individuals of all ages with various challenges and needs, focusing on personal issues, goals, and problem-solving strategies. The position requires a commitment to the mission of Christian Health, which emphasizes exceptional care for all.

Requirements

• MSW and LCSW required.
• Clinical experience in a supervised setting necessary; prefer experience in team and/or interdisciplinary approach.
• Post graduate experience preferred.
• Experience treating clients and families struggling with Substance Use Disorder and Alcohol Use Disorder preferred.
• Experience working with the developmentally disabled population encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat individuals of all ages with a variety of challenges and needs.
• Recommend therapeutic interventions that are appropriate and bring about desired results.
• Prepare and update treatment plans on an individualized basis.
• Gather intimate historical information about patients and evaluate their mental status.
• Execute mental status evaluations and document attainable goals.
• Perform charting and documentation of all care provided.
• Maintain adequate recordings on clients' charts in a timely manner.
• Meet with clients and/or their family members for psychotherapy.
• Consult with various staff members as needed.
• Attend and participate in weekly clinical/administrative staff meetings.
• Complete discharge summaries on a timely basis.
