Our model supports individuals in crisis, urgent care needs, and short-term medication stabilization. As a Licensed Therapist at Mind 24-7, you’ll provide direct clinical care through individual and group therapy sessions, case management, and treatment planning. You’ll be a key part of our multidisciplinary team—collaborating with nurses, navigators, BHMPs, and patient advocates—to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field
- Current licensure in the state of Arizona (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT)
- Strong clinical assessment, planning, and documentation skills
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and regional behavioral health systems
- Experience with crisis stabilization, case management, and therapeutic interventions
- Ability to work well in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy services to patients in crisis or in need of urgent care
- Complete psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in clinical staffing and discharge planning with care team
- Coordinate care with nurses, navigators, BHMPs, and other clinical professionals
- Educate and collaborate with patients’ families to ensure successful continuity of care
- Identify and address social determinants of health and resource needs
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Assist with referrals, care coordination, and follow-up support as needed
