Job Summary and Responsibilities The Outpatient Infusion Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient infusion appointments in a fast paced clinical environment. This role serves as a key liaison between providers, nursing staff, pharmacy and patients to ensure timely, accurate and efficient access to infusion services while maintaining compliance with provider orders, insurance requirements, and clinical protocols. This role is also a dual function role serving as registrar when needed. The outpatient infusion registrar is responsible for coordinating infusion appointments and completing patient registration processes.
