About The Position
The OPS Group Clinician is responsible for providing best-in-class group facilitation with the purpose of creating an individualized recovery experience that incorporates the body, mind and spirit of each client. The OPS Group Clinician is expected to provide IOP group therapy, OP group therapy, specialized group therapy as indicated assigned, and crisis management when needed. This position operates on a fee-for-service model, offering competitive compensation of $75 - $270 per group therapy session. Please see the rate structure below: $75 - $90 per 60-minute group (independent license) / $70 - $75 (provisional) $112 - $135 per 90-minute group (independent license) / $105 - $112 (provisional) $225 - $270 per 180-minute group (independent license) / $210 - $225 (provisional) Reduced pay will apply for no-shows or cancellations.
