Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Practice.
• Minimum of 36 hours per week availability.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in family medicine with a focus on pediatrics and geriatrics.
• Interest in optional OB services.

Responsibilities

• Provide general family medicine care including pediatrics, adult and geriatrics, chronic disease management, and optional OB.
• Participate in outpatient call with a schedule of 1:8, with all calls triaged through the nurses.
• Work collaboratively with 1 physician and 2 advanced practice providers.
