About The Position
The Outpatient Eating Disorder Dietitian at Ruby Oak Nutrition is responsible for providing nutrition counseling to adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders and disordered eating. This hybrid role combines in-person sessions at the Raleigh office with telehealth consultations, allowing for flexible scheduling. The position emphasizes a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach, aligning with the philosophies of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size®. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a team of dietitians and be committed to supporting clients in their recovery journey.
