About The Position

Position Overview: The Director of Outpatient Services is responsible for the development and implementation of RCA's outpatient services. Oversees all aspects of outpatient services at a single RCA facility provides clinical RCA training to Outpatient team, troubleshoots, and solves clinical problems.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in clinical specialty or related field
• Professional licensure in the state of operation required
• 5+ years' experience in an outpatient environment
• Management experience overseeing the work of other clinicians
• Experience with developing an outpatient practice

Responsibilities

• Follows program policies/procedures and evaluates mechanisms to ensure consistency with the regulatory laws and standards
• Oversees all aspects of outpatient services at RCA's facility.
• Advises the CEO of the facility
• Directs oversight of outpatient census within assigned areas, including ensuring adequate leads and/or direction where appropriate.
• Ensures site meets census/budgetary requirements
• Assist with managed care contracting with outpatient services
