Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, majoring in Business, MIS, Data/Business Analytics or similar
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred)
  • Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
  • Willingness to learn new software and hardware solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • General understanding of outpatient care delivery trends and their impact on business growth.
  • Basic knowledge of revenue streams in outpatient care.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or business environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the paradigm shift in outpatient delivery care and help promote innovative care models.
  • Communicating effectively with the Outpatient Care team to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Assisting the Networked Care team with sales initiatives, portfolio research, marketing communications, and market report creation.
  • Conducting market segmentation analysis and data management activities to enable accurate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting.
  • Participating in team meetings, customer interactions, and project assignments.
