The Buckeye Ranch is currently seeking an Outpatient Counselor/Social Worker to join our Community Based team. The Outpatient Counselor/Social Worker empowers youth and their families to overcome dynamics that put youth at risk of being removed from their homes. This position’s caseload is based on the intensity of clients they are assigned and provide services in the office at times convenient to the family. The average length of treatment is between 6 and 12 months. The Outpatient Counselor/Social Worker could provide psychotherapy and counseling to clients with mental health symptoms and substance use disorders. Compensation: Based on license, education, and experience. Bachelors/Masters (Non-Licensed): $42,000 - $52,000 Bachelors (Active License): $50,000 - $60,000 Masters (Active License): $55,000 - $70,000
