Outpatient Counselors provide high-quality clinical treatment services tailored to individual needs, incorporating the latest research and evidence-based practices, while assisting clients in successfully completing their treatment. Outpatient Counselors maintain a minimum of 20 billable services per week as part of the expected clinical hours and deliver treatment in accordance with ethical standards and Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs). Outpatient Counselors also foster a therapeutic environment where staff collaboratively determine the most effective clinical approach and act as a representative of the Rimrock Trails mission both on and off the work site. In addition, Board-Certified LCSWs in good standing with the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers may serve as approved clinical supervisors for CSWA employees and MSW interns. These licensed clinicians are eligible to provide supervision under a piece-rate model, ensuring compliance with state requirements while offering high-quality, ethical, and developmentally attuned supervision to emerging professionals.
