PTA OUTPATIENT COORDINATOR

PREMIER THERAPY is looking for a motivated Outpatient Coordinator to help us build and grow outpatient therapy services within a dynamic skilled nursing and assisted living environment in the Barberton, Ohio area.
This is not your typical PTA role.
This is your opportunity to take ownership of a program, build relationships, and make a real impact on how care is delivered.

Requirements

• Someone who takes initiative and loves building something new
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, driven, and solution-oriented

Responsibilities

• Treat outpatient and assisted living residents under a Physical Therapist's direction
• Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-ups for outpatient services
• Be the go-to person for outpatient therapy in the building
• Build relationships with staff, residents, families, and referral sources
• Help grow and shape the outpatient program
• Ensure strong documentation and compliance with Part B guidelines
