We are seeking a Coordinator, Outpatient to support non‑clinical functions essential to effective case management services within a high‑volume call center environment. This role plays a critical part in supporting Case Managers by coordinating scheduling needs, outreach, documentation, and administrative functions that directly impact member care. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling medical appointments, durable medical equipment, home health services, eligibility and benefit verification, requesting medical records, completing accurate data entry, and reviewing medical management reports. A key component of this role involves telephonic outreach to members to introduce and invite them to Case Management programs. Success in this role requires consistent accuracy, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to function well in a fast-paced call center setting.
