About The Position

North Suffolk's CBHC program is looking for a Bilingual Outpatient Clinician to join our team! The CBHC Outpatient Clinician provides assessment and direct clinical care for individuals served in the CBHC outpatient clinics in Boston and Chelsea, MA. Full Time Salaries start at: $62,500 (MA Clinician - unlicensed) $70,400 (Independent License) $5,000 pay differential for bilingual clinicians

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work/Counseling required.

Nice To Haves

Valid independent clinical license (LICSW/LMHC) preferred
Fluency in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct outpatient services, incorporating evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments for outpatient clients and families
Receive regular individual supervision (towards licensure, if needed)
Be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team of social workers, counselors, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, recovery coaches, and administrators
