As a Substance Use Disorder (SUD) clinician, you will work in an outpatient setting with an average caseload of 12 clients.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
Licensure (SAC-IT, SAC-SCAC) or working toward licensure preferred.
Experience in addiction treatment and mental health care.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Commitment to cultural competency and diversity in care.

Responsibilities

Develop personalized biopsychosocial treatment plans for new clients.
Provide SUD and mental health assessments, counseling, and intervention services.
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Develop service plans and conduct reviews throughout treatment.
Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality care.
Coordinate with medical and psychiatric providers for comprehensive care.
Ensure smooth discharge planning and follow-ups.
Maintain thorough documentation according to federal and state guidelines.
Participate in annual cultural competency, diversity, and safety training.
Represent WisHope at community events, trainings, and meetings.
Build and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and partners.
