Responsible for providing direct care services including individual, family, and group counseling, support, and other activities; completes comprehensive assessment, development of treatment and discharge plan of care; maintains all clinical documentation; participation in and facilitation of all family and/or collateral meetings, interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, case conferences or other meetings as required to ensure continuity of care. Completes all required utilization review tasks as assigned. For Outpatient and Residential services/programs transportation to client residence and/or transportation of clients may be required. Sign-On Bonus of $7,000 for 2-year commitment

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in counseling, psychology, social work, or other health-related field required.
  • NJ licensure required: LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LCADC (must also have LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW or LMFT for any non-substance use program).
  • 1-2 years mental health experience with population to be served is preferred.
  • Valid NJ Driver’s License for Outpatient and Residential Programs

Responsibilities

  • Providing direct care services including individual, family, and group counseling, support, and other activities
  • Completes comprehensive assessment, development of treatment and discharge plan of care
  • Maintains all clinical documentation
  • Participation in and facilitation of all family and/or collateral meetings, interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, case conferences or other meetings as required to ensure continuity of care.
  • Completes all required utilization review tasks as assigned.
