About The Position

The Clinical Manager of Outpatient Physical Therapy directs clinical operations, maintains communications with physicians and other health care providers regarding therapy services, and supervises department/clinic employees. He/she works closely with the Director and is prepared to assume all administrative and supervisory duties in the absence of the Director. He/she performs all the duties and responsibilities of the Staff Therapist relative to patient care and oversees clinical coordination for all students in their respective clinics/areas. They are responsible for managing staffing according to volumes and in alignment with budgeted FTEs and productivity targets. Requirements

• Bachelors degree from an accredited program in Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy or Ocupational Therapy with an active Kentucky License
• A minimum of five years experience in one of the above modalities required
• BLS will be required
