Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's or Associates degree in nursing
- Experience: Experience in a behavioral health hospital or outpatient setting preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Currently licensed to practice by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing - RN required
Responsibilities
- Completes nursing assessment thoroughly and in a timely manner within facility guidelines. Assessment includes all required screenings and components.
- Understands follows and supports risk management and infection control policies and procedures.
- Intervenes appropriately in crisis situations.
- Provides age appropriate care to the various populations served.
