About The Position

Outpatient Child & Family Therapist (Independently/Fully Licensed and Associate Level) RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide individual, group, and family therapy, which address the needs of the client within the context of the individual's home and community. Develop initial psychosocial assessments, problems lists, and treatment plans. Provide intensive home-based services if indicated and in accordance with designated treatment plan. Provide required case management services and inter-agency collaboration. May provide crisis services to clients and families. Collaborate with schools and other systems involved with the client according to the clinical need Who Are We? Requirements

  • Master's degree in Psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
  • Counselor with the Washington State Department of Health (DOH).
  • Minimum of two years experience working with children and youth
  • Acceptance and ability to work with individuals and families with a variety of lifestyles, behaviors, cultural and spiritual practices with the ability to apply a social justice and equity lens to all aspects of this work.

Nice To Haves

  • Full or Associate licensure in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.
