Outpatient Behavioral Health Representative GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Behavioral Health Representative (BHR) reports to the Clinic Manager and is responsible for performing all aspects of the position’s function including, but not limited to, registration of patients, obtaining appropriate insurance information, and scheduling patient appointments. It is expected that the BHR maintains department quality standards with a focus on exceptional customer service.
