About The Position
Cedar Hills Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Professional to join our team. The Outpatient Tech position is a support services role. A good candidate is one with behavioral healthcare experience, direct patient/customer service experience, administrative and computer capabilities. Cedar Hills Hospital provides a wide range of services and programs that offer evidence-based treatment proven to have positive outcomes for our patients. Our inpatient and outpatient services offer supportive and compassionate care through specialty programs tailored to meet the needs of our patients. Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma required. College degree preferred.
- Licensure: None required.
- Experience: 1-2 years preferred.
Responsibilities
- Orienting new clients to the outpatient program, providing explanations on consent paperwork/HIPAA/etc.
- Phone coverage
- Scheduling appointments
- Front desk coverage
- Completing UAs
- Providing basic support services to patients (i.e. scheduling, questions, case management, etc.)
- Administrative support
- Some medical record functions
