You'll provide anesthesia services for OB, vascular, thoracic, general surgery, healthy pediatric cases, and orthopedic procedures while supervising Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs). Your supervisory role includes overseeing CRNAs to ensure safe, effective anesthesia delivery and excellent patient outcomes. Collaboration is essential-you'll work closely with surgeons, nursing teams, and multidisciplinary staff to optimize care coordination and patient safety. Maintaining detailed documentation meeting all regulatory and clinical standards is expected, along with active participation in quality improvement initiatives and best practice implementation. Requirements
