About The Position
The Vending (Outlook) Technician supports Airgas's supply chain solution through post-sale implementation and ongoing support of Airgas's electronic data inventory vending solution, Outlook, and Airgas's Inventory Management (AIM) asset utilization system. This position involves providing onsite and remote support for Airgas's supply chain solution for gases, welding, and safety products as well as MRO supplies. The technician will install, train, repair, and troubleshoot for both internal and external customers. Responsibilities include setting up, programming, and troubleshooting Airgas's product vending machines, providing communication to both manager and customer, and partnering with local sales teams to help increase sales and improve profitability.
