Requirements

This position requires RAMP certification and ServSafe Food Handler certifications. You must provide upon hire.
You must be available all days, all shifts, including Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

To properly set up and maintain a clean efficient bar throughout the shift.
Approach and greet guests
Order taking
Order delivery
Checking back with guests
Complete cleanliness of all bar areas, furniture, fixtures and equipment
Mixology knowledge of various drinks is needed
Provide elevated customer and responsible service
Maintaining the bar top, tools and glassware and keeping it sanitized and organized.
Cash management, processing payments via POS systems, maintaining accurate tabs, balancing the cash drawer.
Completes other duties as assigned by Manager
