About The Position
The Outlet Supervisor position is an active/working, hands-on supervisory role responsible for providing prompt, professional, and hands-on food & beverage service to restaurant & bar guests while overseeing outlet staff and operations to maximize profits and ensure guest satisfaction at all times. The role includes responsibilities such as supervising employees, setting up assigned areas, adhering to drink service guidelines, conducting pre-shift meetings, handling guest comments and complaints, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. The Outlet Supervisor must also monitor cost control, maintain the condition of F&B outlets, and perform administrative responsibilities related to the operation.
