Job Overview The Store Manager (SM) is at the forefront of both the colleague and customer experience. Through dynamic leadership style, interpersonal skills, and business acumen, the SM will inspire their team to bring the Bloomingdale’s, The Outlet Store mission to life. The SM possesses an inherent passion for people whether it is recruiting, onboarding and developing, direct reports, or ensuring the customer receives outstanding experience. The Store Manager devises business strategies that position BOS as the local leader, driving sales, service, and loyalty through their leadership team, while placing the customer first, always, in every strategy. The SM anticipates the daily needs of the business and responds to market/fashion trends. The SM fosters a test and learn environment and is flexible and agile, dreaming big is support of sales results and merchandising standards.
